Why Arizona dealers need bilingual follow-up
Arizona has one of the largest Hispanic populations in the country, concentrated in metro Phoenix, Tucson and along the border, but present statewide. Many customers are bilingual, yet plenty prefer to talk about payments, trade values and service in Spanish. Call Contact Confirm works every lead and call in English or Spanish, whichever the customer prefers. See bilingual BDC.
Arizona’s telephone solicitation rules
On top of the federal TCPA and the National Do Not Call Registry, Arizona has its own telephone solicitation law (A.R.S. 44-1271 and following). In general terms, it:
- requires most telephone sellers to register with the Arizona Secretary of State, with several exemptions,
- prohibits blocking caller ID,
- requires keeping an internal no-call list of people who asked not to be called, and
- since a 2023 amendment (HB 2498), applies the national Do Not Call Registry rules to text messages, not just calls.
Our outreach honors opt-outs immediately, respects your CRM’s do-not-contact flags and is scheduled during your dealership’s business hours. Whether registration applies to your dealership depends on how your outreach is set up, so it’s worth a quick check with your attorney. This is general information, not legal advice.
Arizona time, all year
Arizona doesn’t observe daylight saving time, so the gap between Eastern time and Arizona time changes twice a year. Our scheduling accounts for it, so your customers are contacted at sensible local hours in every season.
