BDC for Virginia Car Dealerships

Bilingual follow-up for Northern Virginia, Richmond, Hampton Roads and statewide.

Virginia strengthened its telemarketing law again in 2026, and both the dealer and the company making the calls can be held responsible. Call Contact Confirm works Virginia dealership leads in English and Spanish, with outreach built around it.

Virginia’s Spanish-speaking car buyers

Virginia’s Spanish-speaking community is largest in Northern Virginia, with big Salvadoran, Guatemalan, Honduran and Mexican communities in Fairfax, Prince William and Arlington, and growing populations around Richmond and Hampton Roads. Call Contact Confirm works every lead and call in English or Spanish, whichever the customer prefers. See bilingual BDC.

The Virginia Telephone Privacy Protection Act

On top of the federal TCPA, the Virginia Telephone Privacy Protection Act generally:

  • covers sales calls and texts,
  • prohibits them between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m.,
  • requires callers to give their first and last name and the business they’re calling for,
  • requires transmitting a callback number where customers can opt out, and
  • requires honoring STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE replies to texts.

Amendments took effect January 1, 2026. Individuals can sue for $500, $1,000 and $5,000 per violation, and the seller and the calling company are jointly liable.

Our team honors opt-outs immediately and respects your CRM’s do-not-contact flags, and we plan coverage based on your dealership’s hours, Monday through Saturday. This is general information, not legal advice. Your dealership’s attorney should review your outreach policies.
