Nevada’s Spanish-speaking car buyers
Nearly a third of Nevadans are Hispanic, with the largest communities in the Las Vegas valley and a growing population in the Reno area. Many customers are bilingual, but plenty prefer to talk through financing, trade values and service visits in Spanish. Call Contact Confirm works every lead and call in English or Spanish, whichever the customer prefers. See bilingual BDC.
Nevada’s own Do Not Call law
On top of the federal TCPA and the National Do Not Call Registry, Nevada has its own Do Not Call law (NRS 228.500 to 228.640), enforced by the Nevada Attorney General. In general terms:
- Nevada uses the Nevada portion of the National Do Not Call Registry as its state registry.
- Calls to registered numbers based on a preexisting business relationship require keeping an internal do-not-call list and meeting notice requirements.
- Unlike federal law, Nevada’s law does not offer a “safe harbor” defense, so procedures have to work every time.
Our team honors do-not-call requests immediately, respects your CRM’s do-not-contact flags and schedules outreach during your dealership’s business hours. This is general information, not legal advice. Your dealership’s attorney should review your outreach policies.
