One BDC team, every market
Car buyers in Phoenix, Chicago, Atlanta and Seattle all expect the same thing: a fast, helpful response and an easy way to come in. Call Contact Confirm brings that to dealerships nationwide. We work inside your CRM, follow up on your leads by phone, text and email, and put confirmed appointments on your calendar, in English and Spanish.
Spanish-speaking customers are in every state
The largest Spanish-speaking markets are in states like California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois and Arizona, but Spanish-speaking car buyers live in every state, and the share keeps growing in places like Georgia, North Carolina, Colorado, Nevada and New Jersey. Bilingual follow-up isn’t just for border states. See bilingual BDC.
Built around your business hours
We plan each store’s coverage based on that dealership’s hours, Monday through Saturday, so stores in every time zone get coverage that fits their day.
Federal rules, plus the states that add their own
Every sales call and text in the U.S. falls under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the National Do Not Call Registry. A growing number of states add their own rules on top:
- Florida, Oklahoma and Maryland have their own telemarketing laws, including limits on calling hours (no calls before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m.) and on the number of sales calls about the same subject in a 24-hour period.
- Texas expanded its telemarketing rules to cover text messages in 2025 (Senate Bill 140).
- Washington and other states have their own rules on calls and texts as well.
Our outreach is built around these rules: we honor opt-outs immediately, respect do-not-contact flags in your CRM and schedule outreach during your dealership’s business hours. See our side-by-side summary of dealership calling laws by state. This is general information, not legal advice. Your dealership’s attorney should review your consent forms and outreach policies.
