Oklahoma’s Spanish-speaking car buyers

Oklahoma’s Hispanic community has grown steadily, especially in Oklahoma City, Tulsa and towns along the I-35 and I-44 corridors. Many customers are bilingual, but plenty prefer to talk through financing, trade values and repairs in Spanish. Call Contact Confirm works every lead and call in English or Spanish, whichever the customer prefers. See bilingual BDC.

The Oklahoma Telephone Solicitation Act

Oklahoma modeled its 2022 law on Florida’s. On top of the federal TCPA, the Oklahoma Telephone Solicitation Act generally:

  • limits sales calls to between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time,
  • limits sales calls on the same subject to three in a 24-hour period,
  • requires prior express written consent for sales calls and texts made using automated systems,
  • prohibits misrepresenting the caller ID, and
  • lets consumers sue for violations.

Oklahoma is one of a handful of states, along with Florida and Maryland, that set their own limits on how often a customer can be contacted about the same subject. Our team honors opt-outs immediately and respects your CRM’s do-not-contact flags. This is general information, not legal advice. Your dealership’s attorney should review your consent forms and outreach policies.
