Pennsylvania’s Telemarketer Registration Act

On top of the federal TCPA, Pennsylvania’s Telemarketer Registration Act generally requires:

  • registration with the Office of Attorney General for telemarketers calling Pennsylvania consumers,
  • sales calls only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.,
  • giving your name, the business and what you’re selling before the pitch,
  • no caller-ID blocking, and
  • removing numbers on the Pennsylvania Do Not Call list within 30 days of each quarterly update.

The Do Not Call rules have exceptions, including calls at the customer’s request and calls to existing customers.

Our team honors opt-outs immediately and respects your CRM’s do-not-contact flags, and we plan coverage based on your dealership’s hours, Monday through Saturday. This is general information, not legal advice. Your dealership’s attorney should review your outreach policies.
