Maryland’s Spanish-speaking car buyers

Maryland’s Spanish-speaking community is large and growing, with Salvadoran, Guatemalan, Honduran, Mexican and other Central and South American families in Montgomery and Prince George’s counties, metro Baltimore and the Eastern Shore. Many customers are bilingual, but plenty prefer to talk through financing, trade values and repairs in Spanish. Call Contact Confirm works every lead and call in English or Spanish, whichever the customer prefers. See bilingual BDC.

Maryland’s Stop the Spam Calls Act

Maryland joined Florida and Oklahoma in 2024 with its own telemarketing law. On top of the federal TCPA, the Stop the Spam Calls Act generally:

  • covers sales calls and texts,
  • limits them to between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.,
  • limits sales contacts on the same subject to three in a 24-hour period,
  • requires prior express written consent for sales calls and texts made using automated systems, and
  • treats violations as unfair or deceptive trade practices.

Our team honors opt-outs immediately and respects your CRM’s do-not-contact flags. This is general information, not legal advice. Your dealership’s attorney should review your consent forms and outreach policies.
