  • make calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry a state violation,
  • exempt calls with prior written permission, a business relationship within 36 months and Arkansas-licensed dealers,
  • treat autodialed sales calls with a recorded message as a crime, with very narrow exceptions, and
  • follow federal calling hours of 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Text recipients can sue for $10 per message, up to $25,000 per day, plus attorney fees. Our team honors opt-outs immediately and respects your CRM’s do-not-contact flags.
